CARTRIDGES
MINI-CARTRIDGE™
The Mini-Cartridge™ system is composed of the cartridge barrel, seal and cap. The cartridge barrels have a three-lug bayonet fitment designed for stable, accurate dispensing. The capacity of the system ranges from 35 ML to 120 ML and can deliver product by means of injection or oral delivery. Mini-Cartridge™ is offered with 5 nozzle styles and dosage volumes ranging from 1 ML to 5 ML.
When using the Mini-Cartridge™ system as an instrument, a clear polypropylene barrel with decoration increments in ML or CC allows the user to see contents in the barrel. Unused product in the barrel can be capped for later use. Mini-Cartridge™ barrels and seals can be reused many times exercising proper hygiene methods. When using the luer slip nozzle, “The Collar” can be placed over the needle to provide protection and prevent needle damage.
When using the Mini-Cartridge™ system as a container, an opaque polyethylene barrel is used for oral and topical medications.
MEDI-CARTRIDGE™
The Medi-Cartridge™ system is used to dispense medicants from 300 ML cartridges in dosage volumes ranging from 5 ML to 15 ML. The Medi-Cartridge™ barrels have a three-lug bayonet fitment designed for stable, accurate dispensing. The cartridges offer three different lengths of nozzles suited to specific dispensing criteria. All nozzles feature snap rings for a secure cap fit. Seals can be installed in the cartridge barrels and labeling can be completed using customer provided pressure sensitive labels.
