Oral & Topical Polyethylene Syringes are used for oral or topical products and dispense single or multiple doses. Nozzle options include wide mouth, serrated tip, short oral, long nose, short nose, extended nose, large cannula, paste tip, broad nose and enema tip.
Available barrel sizes are 1 ML, 4 ML, 6 ML,
7 ML, 10 ML, 15 ML, 32 ML, 36 ML, 60 ML, 80 ML,
100 ML and 120 ML.

A common characteristic of Injectable Syringes is the clear polypropylene barrel which can be decorated with dosage increments. This type of syringe is available with either luer slip or luer lock nozzles for needle attachment commonly used for injecting medicants.
Available barrel sizes are 2 ML, 6 ML, 15 ML,
35 ML, 60 ML, 80 ML and 100 ML.

Intramammary Syringes are used to infuse medicinal products into the teat canal of animals. Nozzle options include the traditional cannula tip, a short cannula tip for partial insertion in the teat canal and the Duo-Cap™ which offers the option of partial or full insertion in the teat canal.
Available barrel sizes are 4 ML, 6 ML, 12 ML,
15 ML, 30 ML and 32 ML.

Plungers can be either one piece, meaning the seal is molded onto the end of the plunger; two piece, where a seal is installed on the end of the plunger; or three piece, meaning a dosage ring is included with the plunger. Plungers can be either straight ribbed or notch ribbed accepting metered dosing rings. Dosage Rings are available in
Multi-Dose™ and Accu-Dose™.

Genesis barrels range in size from
1 ML to 120 ML in either polyethylene or polypropylene depending on its usage. The barrels have a range of nozzles depending on the barrel size and are designed with consistent wall thickness for a positive fit between plunger and barrel. Caps are produced to effectively cap and seal respective nozzles. Every syringe has its own cap for proper closure.

Syringes have been used for decades in the medical and animal health industry. Syringes are commonly used for injectable, oral and topical products, including liquids, gels and pastes. A syringe is comprised of a barrel, which contains the product; a plunger, which is used to evacuate the contents; and a cap, which secures itself on the nozzle of the barrel.

We specialize in syringe decoration including hot stamping and laser printing on plungers to represent dosage marks or customer specific graphics. Natural polypropylene barrels used for injection or dispensing are decorated with graphics using silk screening, pad printing or offset printing techniques. Polyethylene barrels can be offset printed or pressure sensitive labels can be applied.

Genesis Industries, Inc. offers design and prototyping services for syringe customization to meet our customer's specific needs. Polyethylene syringes and assembly components can be produced in multiple colors.
Syringes are packaged in poly bag lined corrugated boxes. If required, double or triple poly bags can be used and the corrugated boxes can be sized to meet particular filling requirements.
